SHIPPING POLICY

We do not offer overnight shipping or International shipping.

Orders are processed within 7-15 business days; this does not include weekends or holidays. Once you receive a notification that your order has shipped please allow 2-3 business days to receive it.

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered at the wrong address or lost due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.

If your order is returned to us due to customer providing the wrong shipping information we do NOT refund due to items being food products. If you would like the order reshipped there will be a $5 fee.

We will only ship to the address provided at check out. It is the customers responsibility to make sure their address is correct and updated before completing check out. If your address needs to be changed or updated, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for damaged or melted product during hot weather, it is the customers responsibility to keep track of their order and make sure it does not sit out in the heat unattended.

 

TRACKING

Your will receive tracking information once your order has processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with USPS.

RETURNS

Due to our product being perishable and in compliance with the FDA (food & drug administration) we do NOT accept any returns on food products. If you receive an incorrect item, you MUST notify us via email within 2 days of receiving your order (this will be verified by checking the tracking information)

We will only accept returns on items that are not edible as long as the item is still new and unused.  You must notify us of any errors in your order within 2 days of receiving.

 If you receive the wrong or damaged item, you must email us with 2-3 pictures of what you received. Email must be sent to OsitosCustomerService@gmail.com and must include the name on the order along with the order number. 

We are NOT responsible for any lost of damaged items. All orders include insurance with the USPS. If you receive a damaged item we may replace the item depending on the situation and after a claim has been submitted to the post office.
